  1. Delivery Speed: Karachi: Your order will be delivered within 1-2 working days. Other Cities within Pakistan: Please allow 3-6 working days for delivery.
  2. Free Nationwide Delivery: We’re thrilled to offer free delivery anywhere in Pakistan. No additional charges for shipping; it’s on us!
  3. Delivery Days: Please note that our delivery services operate on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  4. Urgent Orders: If you have a tight deadline or need your order urgently, don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Exchange Policy

At Al-Burhan Luggage, we take immense pride in offering products of the highest quality, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. We understand that sometimes, customers may need to make changes to their purchases. Please note that we do not offer a return policy; however, we do provide an exchange option within a limited timeframe. Exchange Guidelines:

  1. Exchanges can be made within 7 business days following the date of purchase.
  2. To qualify for an exchange, the following prerequisites must be met:
    • Products must be returned with all original tags still intact and in their original packaging.
    • Only products with manufacturing defects or size/style mismatches are eligible for exchange. Damaged products due to customer mishandling or wear and tear are not eligible.
  3. Customers must provide proof of purchase for any exchange requests.
  4. We will honor pricing adjustments by issuing a full-price gift card within 10 days of the initial transaction.

Please note that cash refunds are not provided. Instead, exchange requests will be processed in the form of a business cheque, which may take up to 10 days to complete.
