Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, contact customer care at +92 331 2255053 or info@alburhanluggage.com with your order number as soon as possible, the sooner you reach out, the more likely we can catch it before it ships.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the item once it arrives, it may be eligible under our Return Policy (subject to those eligibility conditions).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

If you place a COD order and simply refuse it at the door without prior cancellation, this may affect your ability to place COD orders with us in the future.

Refund on Cancellation

• For prepaid/online-paid orders cancelled before dispatch: settled via store credit/gift card, consistent with our no-cash-refund policy, or full refund to original payment method if that's how you want prepaid cancellations to differ from post-delivery returns.
• For COD orders cancelled before dispatch: no payment was taken, so no refund action is needed; the order is simply voided.

Order Modifications

Need to change size, color, or delivery address before dispatch? Contact us as early as possible; we'll accommodate changes where the order hasn't yet been packed/shipped.

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be notified, and any payment made will be refunded/credited in full.
